receives prestigious PACE-SRO
Accreditation for the third time

Des Moines, Iowa July 2017 - For delivering the highest standards and best practices as a Global Contact Center, Marketlink Inc., an Allied Global Company, has received the prestigious PACE-SRO Accreditation for all their U.S. Operations. PACE is a U.S. trade organization for companies that engage with customers via contact centers (Professional Association for Customer Engagement). The SRO accreditation is given to organizations delivering services to the highest and strictest standards and best practices of a Call Center complying with federal and state regulations.  In a nutshell, the process to become certified includes: updating all materials and documents, a 300+ piece questionnaire, run an on-site audit, and corresponding remediations from the audit.

This is Allied Global’s third Accreditation in the U.S. and a major accomplishment for the company since it will be joining a select group of only twenty American corporations that have received this distinction. This certification is valid for a three-year period.
